Nepal is dominated by Hinduism. Recent governmental reforms have given rise to Maoist political involvement. This has emboldened Maoist Rebels to make threats against Christians in general.

How Outreach to Asia Nationals is Assisting Nationals

Outreach to Asia Nationals
is assisting national believers and churches to train their people for ministry and send out church planters.

Currently we are assisting six groups of churches; each led by a senior pastor. Each group is made up of churches and new fellowships. The goal is to encourage each group to plant more fellowships in their local and regional areas and to work together to plant churches in their nation and surrounding countries.

Training has been offered in evangelism and discipleship. There have been conferences for both men and women with specific training directed toward new evangelists and church planters. Training is offerd to ladies; teaching them to work with children and also reach out to other women. Scholarships to Bible Colleges and Seminaries are also given for advanced training of future leaders.

There is a Children’s Home caring for orphan/needy children in one of the major cities.

How you can Help

You can help with prayer.
Traditional missionary work is not allowed. Therefore, in order to reach this nation and surrounding nations, national believers must be sent by the Nepali local church to give the Gospel to those who will not hear otherwise.

You can help with financial assistance
We are accepting funds for pastors (until they achieve self-support), evangelists and church planters. You can also help with the care of children. Your missionary dollar can be multiplied as indigenous workers, who know the culture and language, are immediately effective as they go to serve on the mission field.

Pastor                 $100/month (with annual incremental reductions)
Evangelist            $75/month
Church Planter     $100/month
Child care            $60/month
Training               $1000/training session (24 students for 5 day training)
