Russia
Russia is a huge country, even after the breakup of the former Soviet Union. The Russian Orthodox Church dominates the religious scene but other Bible believing groups are seeking to make an impact.
OTAN is assisting national believers and churches in Far-Eastern Russia. A primary outreach of OTAN is its Hope for Life Home where children are taken from orphanages and hospitals and placed in a home environment with loving Christian parents.
OTAN is also assisting in the training of Russian believers for ministry and helping the Christian church send out church planters. Potential parents are identified by working with the Christian church, thus enabling expansion of the Hope for Life Home.
